Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to Bethel Family Counseling Center. By using our website, services, or engaging with our counseling center in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, users, and visitors.

1. Scope of Services

Bethel provides family counseling services intended to support emotional, mental, and relational well-being. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or psychiatric diagnosis. If a client requires specialized medical intervention, we may refer them to a licensed mental health or medical professional.

2. Confidentiality

All sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without written consent from the client, except when legally required—such as in cases involving risk of harm to self or others, child abuse, or court orders.

3. Session Guidelines

Each counseling session typically lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Fees and Payment

Service charges are communicated at the time of booking. Payments are to be made prior to or immediately after the session. We accept cash, UPI, and online payments. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

5. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to treat staff and counselors with respect. Aggressive behavior, threats, or harassment may lead to immediate termination of counseling services.

6. Online Counseling

Bethel offers both in-person and online sessions. Clients choosing online sessions agree to use secure, private internet connections to ensure confidentiality. Bethel is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms or internet issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bethel and its counselors are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the misuse or misinterpretation of counseling advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

8. Termination of Services

Bethel reserves the right to terminate counseling relationships if a client fails to comply with these terms or if the therapeutic relationship is no longer productive. Clients may also choose to discontinue at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Bethel—including brochures, worksheets, and digital materials—remains the intellectual property of the organization and may not be redistributed without permission.
